Hiboy has a limited one-year warranty. All Hiboy products are covered under our manufacturer’s one-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
Warranty Target Audience
- Items sold directly by Hiboy or Hiboy authorized resellers are covered by 1 year warranty period from the date of purchase.
- warranty claims on purchases made through Hiboy authorized distributors and retailers are handled through Kimberley Innovation.
Warranty Eligibility and Claims Process
- 1 year warranty does not cover any issues caused by modifications (Unauthorized modifications or repairs), incorrect use, accidental damage, failure to maintain, Improper treatment.
- Proof of purchase (you must provide the original purchase receipt), product serial number and photos/videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.
- Please contact us before making a claim, as there may be a simple fix for your issue. Valid warranty claims must be submitted within 1 year of initial purchase.
- Hiboy will not replace any part without first reviewing photos or videos of the damage. Customers must provide evidence via email.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
- Any damage due to abuse, misuse, and neglect.
- Water or humidity damage to electrical parts, including high-pressure water usage (electric scooters and bikes are not waterproof)
- Fire damage, chemical damage, surface damage, Flat tires.
- Use of the product for commercial purposes or competitions.
- Normal wear and tear parts (e.g., consumables, lights, brakes, decals, wheels, tyres, inner tubes, grip tape, handlebar grips)
- Unauthorized modifications, including the use of third-party components, repairs by unauthorized providers, or disassembly without prior approval.
- Bending or cracking of aluminium parts caused by excessive load.
- Natural disasters such as cyclones, earthquakes, floods, lightning, extreme weather, fires, or accidents.

Limitation of Damages
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, Hiboy shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even when Hiboy has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No compensation is provided for personal injury or property damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
